  Refers to the office rental and booking services provided through our Platform.

• "User"

  Refers to individuals who register and use our Platform.

• "Office Provider"

  Refers to individuals or businesses that list office spaces on our Platform.

• "Renter"

  Refers to individuals or businesses that book office spaces through our Platform.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

When you book an office space through our Platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Office Provider. 535 Office Flex acts as an intermediary between you and the Office Provider.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the Office Provider and the specific office space. The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed during the booking process. By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation policy for that booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and our refund procedures.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate 535 Office Flex, a 535 Office Flex employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.

• Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site.

• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Platform for any purpose.

In no event will 535 Office Flex, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Platform, any websites linked to it, any content on the Platform or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may revise and update these terms of use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
